The time it may take for your purchase to reach you may vary. After you placed an order, it usually takes up to 1-2 working days to process and ship it. In the Netherlands the delivery time will be 1-3 working days. In the rest of Europe the delivery time will be about 3-7 days, depending on the shipping methods. We do not take any responsibility for postal delays. If the customer’s country or region charges fees like import tariff, value added tax, customs handling fees, etc, the customer will have to bear the charge(s). The actual value of the parcel will be report on the custom documents, and the fees will be collected by the Post Office or courier service provider of the customer’s country or region. In case the delivery of an order is delayed due to customs, we bear no responsibility on this circumstances. We do not issue any proof of export documents, such as proof of country of origin, or export visas. Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax / unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee and 15% of the value of products as handling charges. We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. Customers are responsible for the re-shipping fee. The re-shipping fee is base on the original shipping method used for your purchase.

Returns and exchanges are welcome within 14 days. We want to make sure everyone receive a quality product, so if your purchase doesn’t live up to our promise, we accept returns or help resolve any problem you might have.
